An AI screening product: recruiters send a link, candidates sit a voice interview on their own time, and the team gets a scorecard, transcript, and recording.
I built Hirenytics as a full product — Next.js on the front, Node and Postgres on the back, with a live voice interview over sockets. Recruiters create a role once, invite people with a link, and review a consistent scorecard instead of running the same phone screen over and over.
The interview is AI-led: questions for the role, speech in and out, then scoring and feedback with a recording and transcript attached. Billing, invites, and the recruiter dashboard are part of the same loop. It is live at hirenytics.com.
